【摘要】:ThispartofISO11681dealswiththesignificanthazardsandspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationfordesignandconstructionofportablecombustion-engine,hand-heldchain-saws,designedonlyforusebyoneoperatorandintendedforforestwork.Itdescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheiruse.Inadditionitspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Itdealswithallsignificanthazards.Itdoesnotcoverthehazardfromkickbackformachineswithanenginedisplacementover80cm3.Theenvironmentalaspects,exceptfornoise,havenotbeenconsidered.Chain-sawscoveredbythispartofISO11681aredesignedforusebypersonshavingreadandunderstoodthesafetyrequirementsintheinstructionhandbookandusingtheappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE).Thechain-sawscoveredaredesignedonlytobeoperatedwiththerighthandontherearhandleandthelefthandonthefronthandle.ThispartofISO11681isnotapplicabletochain-sawswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocument.
