【摘要】:ThispartofISO5667establishesprinciplestobeappliedtothetechniquesofsamplingwaterprovidedfordrinkingandforuseinthemanufactureoffoodandbeverageproducts.TheguidancegiveninthispartofISO5667isgenerallyconfinedtothosecircumstanceswherewaterisdrawnfrommunicipalorsimilarpublicorprivateabstraction,treatmentordistributionsystemsforwhichpriortreatmentorqualityassessmenthasresultedinthewaterbeingclassifiedassuitablefordrinkingorpotableprocesspurposes.Specifically,thispartofISO5667isapplicabletowaterthatissuppliedbytankerorothernon-contiguousbulkmeans,butnotcontiguouslyaspartofapipeddistributionsystem,duringanystageofuseuptoandincludingthepointofconsumptionortransfertoapipeddistributionsystem.ThispartofISO5667isalsoapplicabletothedistributionandbulkstorageofwateronaircraft,trucks,trains,ships,andothervesselsandvehicles,aswellastosamplingsituationsthatcanariseduringtheinvestigationofsystemdefects,initiationofnewsystems,re-initiationofsystemsthathavebeenunusedforlongperiodsoremergencysituationswherethesafetyofsamplingoperativesisnotcompromised.ThispartofISO5667doesnotprovideguidanceon:a)thesamplingofsourcewater,e.g.groundwaterandimpoundments;b)thesamplingofpotablewatersuppliesderivedfromcontiguouspipedsuppliescoveredbyISO5667-5;c)thesamplingofbeverageproducts(includingbottledwaters)orfoodcontainingpotablewaterusedinitspreparation;d)thesamplingofdrinkvendingmachines.
