【摘要】:a)Thisconsumersafetystandardcoversmicrofuelcellpowersystems,microfuelcellpowerunitsandfuelcartridgesthatarewearableoreasilycarriedbyhand,providingd.c.outputsthatdonotexceed60Vd.c.andpoweroutputsthatdonotexceed240VA.PortablefuelcellpowersystemsthatprovideoutputlevelsthatexceedtheseelectricallimitsarecoveredbyIEC62282-5-1.b)Externallyaccessiblecircuitryisthereforeconsideredtobesafetyextralowvoltage(SELV)circuitryasdefinedinIEC60950-1:2005,andaslimitedpowercircuitsiffurthercompliancewith2.5ofIEC60950-1:2005isdemonstrated.Microfuelcellpowersystemsorunitsthathaveinternalcircuitryexceeding60Vd.c.or240VAshouldbeappropriatelyevaluatedinaccordancewiththeseparatecriteriaofIEC60950-1:2005.c)Thisconsumersafetystandardcoversallmicrofuelcellpowersystems,microfuelcellpowerunitsandfuelcartridges.Thisstandardestablishesrequirementsforallmicrofuelcellpowersystems,microfuelcellpowerunitsandfuelcartridgestoensureareasonabledegreeofsafetyfornormaluse,reasonablyforeseeablemisuse,andconsumertransportationofsuchitems.Thefuelcartridgescoveredbythisstandardarenotintendedtoberefilledbytheconsumer.Fuelcartridgesrefilledbythemanufacturerorbytrainedtechniciansshallmeetallrequirementsofthisstandard.d)TheseproductsarenotintendedforuseinhazardousareasasdefinedbyIEV426-03-01.
